Pack 537 Leadership

Pack 537 is made up of several Dens.  Each Den has its own Den leader and is supported by our Cubmaster.

Our Pack Committee is made up of parents, leaders, and other caring adults. The pack committee works to support den leaders and the cubmaster.

Cubmaster

In general, the Cubmaster is the guiding hand behind the work of den leaders and other pack leaders. Serves as the program advisor to the pack committee.


Lori Lopez

Committee Chair

The top volunteer in the pack is the Pack Committee Chair.  They are responsible for ensuring enough qualified adult volunteers are in place to provide the program to the community.  They lead the pack committee meetings.

New Member Coordinator

Helps welcome new family members into our Pack.


Shanti Day

Treasurer – Committee Member – Wolf Den Leader.

Helps the pack committee and Cubmaster establish a sound financial program for the pack with a pack budget plan.

Gives leadership to planning and carrying out a year-round program of activities for the Wolf den to achieve the purposes of Cub Scouting


Manuel Gonzalez

Asst. Cubmaster – Weblos Den Leader – Popcorn Chair

Gives leadership to planning and carrying out a year-round program of activities for the Webelos den to achieve the purposes of Cub Scouting.

Bears Den Leader

Gives leadership to planning and carrying out a year-round program of activities for the Bears den to achieve the purposes of Cub Scouting.


Sarah Scheibe

Wolf Den Leader

Gives leadership to planning and carrying out a year-round program of activities for the Wolf den to achieve the purposes of Cub Scouting.


Patsy Pelton

Religious Emblems Coordinator – Committee Member

The Unit Religious Coordinator is appointed by the unit committee chair and serves on the unit committee. They acquaint all youth with the religious emblems program and emblems available for their faith. They provides Scout families and clergy with an orientation to the religious emblems program, encourages their involvement, and more.

New Parent Coordinator – Committee Member

  • Serve as welcoming ambassadors for the unit.
  • Work with the unit committee in developing and implementing the Unit Membership Plan.
  • Participate in New Member Coordinator training and collaborate with the district membership team.


Roger Lopez

Asst. Tiger Den Leader – Committee Member – Webmaster

Gives leadership to planning and carrying out a year-round program of activities for the Tiger den to achieve the purposes of Cub Scouting.
